Bookings and Payments

Bookings are only considered confirmed once we have received valid credit card details (cardholder's name, card number, valid thru date, postal address) and processed the payment successfully.

Cancellation Policy

We refund:
75% of the full amount for cancellations 3 months prior to the date of arrival;
50% of the full amount for cancellations 2 months prior to the date of arrival;
25% of the full amount for cancellations 1 months prior to the date of arrival.
Date of cancellation is taken as the date of receipt of email.

Arrival & Departure

Bookings are from 16:00 on day of arrival to 11:00 on day of departure. Late departures will be charged €100.

Availability

Should the log cabin not be available due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee to provide alternative accommodation (although we will do our best). In this event, all payments will be returned to you in full and you will have no further claim against us.

Damage

We acknowledge that a minimal amount of wear and tear is inevitable. However, we reserve the right to debit your VISA, MasterCard or Laser card, if any articles are found to be missing or broken. Please check the inventory list on your arrival. In addition there is an automatic EUR 100 penalty for smoking within the log cabin. Animals are not permitted.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage to you or your belongings.
