non-refundable except when the value of the booking is lower than
the value of the voucher (standard minimum stay of two days applies).
In such cases the excess value less 3% for credit card charges is
reimbursed. |

transferable. |

The expiry date refers
to the date of arrival and not the date the booking is made. |

When making a booking
the voucher number must be quoted. |

The recipient
must supply his/her name, email address, postal address, telephone
number (preferably mobile) and full credit card details as security
in case of loss or damage to the lodge. |

The purchaser and the
recipient have a responsibility to ensure that the unique voucher
number is not disclosed to others. |
